The patient wanted to replace the incongruous composite restorations of 1.1 and 2.1 with metal-free crowns.
In setting up the treatment plan, the need was replaced, for functional and aesthetic reasons, for the replacement of the deciduous canines, which took place about two years later, with metal-free crowns and zirconia implant abutments.

27-year-old patient complained of aesthetic and functional problems, of suffering from severe headaches with daily frequency localized to the temporal area.
He tells of a radical change in the size of his teeth, with an overall deterioration in his aesthetic appearance.
The request was for an aesthetic and functional improvement.
After a long period of analysis and evaluation of the results obtained, with the provisional mock-ups, 16 monolithic disilicate restorations were made in the posterior areas and anteriorly disilicate-ceramic restorations
